We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-8AM. Security are on each floor every hour. If they suspect a party going on with loud music will result in complete forfeiture of your security deposit and the inability to book with us again in any location in the future. • Damage: We understand accidents happen, we require all guests inform us if anything is damaged or broken during their stay. However over the past 2 years on a few occasions there have been circumstances beyond our control, such as plumbing leaks or excessive damage caused by previous guests that require a few days to fix. As a consequence, if a guest books any of our properties, we reserve the right to upgrade them to a superior and more expensive apartment in the same neighborhood to ensure they have a smooth and happy stay.
