Cozy cottage in a quiet, lake community

My cottage is in a lake community about 25 miles west of Boston. My backyard opens up into wooded trails. It's very peaceful and quiet here. I have a wood burning stove to use during the winter and a fire pit and bbque to use during the summer. Plenty of parking in my driveway. There is fast wifi and a printer available. You can use my kayaks and SUP boards. There is a sandy beach to walk to or a dock that my home has rights too. Swim, kayak and paddle so close to home. In the summer, you can eat inside or out on my deck. I have a ceiling fan and window AC in your bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. I have a wonderful rain shower to feel pampered . Friends come here and feel like they are on a retreat. From my backyard you can take a walk any season or snowshoe in the winter. Your bedroom is private. You have shared access to all other rooms except my bedroom. The bathroom is shared with me. You have shared kitchen, laundry, and backyard access. This is a shared home as this is my primary residence. I travel a bit so it's possible that I may not be home for part or all of your stay. My home is your home! I have self check in too. I live in a lake community with access to a sandy beach and semi private dock. It's a short walk to either one. You can also walk on trails from my home or watch the sunset from the beach! Swim, run, kayak or use my SUP boards. My neighborhood is quiet. It is 1 mile from a grocery store and sushi restaurant. There are a few coffee shops a short drive away. There are trains to Boston from 2 neighboring towns. Easy access to major highways into Boston, Cape Cod, NY, NH and Maine. My prices vary depending on whether I am home or not. You have the whole house (excluding my bedroom) when I am traveling.
