Loon Lake Guest-unit - Memories at Morgan Park, on pristine Loon Lake. Guesthouse (is a two bedroom unit above maint/workshop) sits higher behind the main house enjoys a partial view of the lake, beach, and dock. This property has everything you need to make a memorable vacation. Limited to 6 people on property. Short walk past owners residence to enjoy prime 65 feet of waterfront, a sandy/rocky beach-no weedy bottom, oversized dock with FREE boat mooring and FREE use of a double kayak. Enjoy use of the Guesthouse unit, sleeps 6 (privacy for 5) - limit of 6 guests on property. Unit is above owners workshop, with a short walk past main house (owners home) to the sandy beach, dock, basketball/horseshoe/PickleBall games, spacious front lawn for relaxing, sunning, or taking a break from the sun. There is a fire pit at the beach for evening campfires, if no burn ban in place, marshmallow roasting, singing, and watching the moon rise over the lake. Have access to a sandy beach, dock, and front lawn for use during vacation time. Beach only shared with owners who live on site. Also, available are horseshoe pits, pickle ball court and basketball hoop with basketballs. Owners workshop/maintenance space is not available for guests use. We will check you in, give you a short orientation to where everything is located in the Guesthouse, beach/dock/swim/play areas to enjoy, and answer any questions you have. We will then leave you to enjoy your stay or contact us with any other questions. The neighborhood is a mix of full time residents and summer vacations cabins. Things quiet down around 10 PM for quiet enjoyment of the lake. It is good to experience quiet activities after that time so all can enjoy the peacefulness of the lake and enjoy the beautiful dark skies. No Public Transportation nearby. This is a non-smoking and no pet property. No A/C in unit. Limited to 6 guests.
