Located on a quiet dead end road on owners 3 acre property, Studio apartment is attached to main house but entirely separate no shared space. Interstate is 1/2 mile away, property is less than a 1/4 mile to Niquette State park & the lake, walking trails, kayaking, swimming right out your door. 15 minutes to Burlington, 45 minutes to Stowe, 10 minutes to the Champlain islands. Lots of places to visit in the area. Close to area ski resorts, such as Smugglers Notch in Jeffersonville, Stowe Mountain resort in Stowe, Bolton Valley Ski resort in Richmond. We do run a small Plumbing & Heating business out of our home so there is some noise and traffic that comes and goes during the week very minimal and should not interrupt your stay at all. This unit does not have a cooking stove but does have a convection microwave.
