The first floor is home to the full kitchen that will come in handy for whipping up tasty meals and ample seating including a full futon to kick back and relax after a day on the lake. Head upstairs and you will find the adorable loft complete with a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and access to the private balcony where you can gather around the fire pit and sip a cocktail as the sun goes down. Things to Know Roku flatscreen TV Lake access Any guests bringing a boat must contact Bayview Marinas for a boat slip. Please note that cell service is limited in the area, especially if it is not Verizon. Parking notes: Park above Gate to D Dock. Follow dock down to the left and look for home on your right. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
