This well-furnished suite is on the main floor of a house and has everything to make your stay comfortable (2nd floor is occupied by the homeowners). It’s situated in a serene setting close to the fishing village of Cowichan Bay. Breathtaking scenery just needs your camera to record the special holiday you’ll spend here. Whalewatching, kayaking, golf, fishing, hiking, biking, restaurants & Marinas are close-by. Wine tasting tours are a favourite, as are Studio tours and visits to art galleries. If you are interested in learning about stained glass, a private lesson can be arranged. You can purchase some souvenirs at the studio located on the grounds An introductory video to the region is available for your viewing, together with information material on the region. There are several vineyards here where you can go for wine tastings, a local pub whose deck overlooks the Marina, a wonderful rainforest park and beaches for beach combing. Your host will be happy to create a souvenir from your beachcombing findings- a personalized memoir of your stay in “Cow Bay”. If you would like to go swimming and visit the gym during your stay, please let your hosts know and they can arrange this for you at a local facility.
