Private downstairs living accommodations is part of our log home, with private entrance and parking, patio, fire pit, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, sitting area with propane fireplace, TV with DVD player (no cable) eating area with table and chairs, playroom with bunk beds, and games. Rooms are accompanied with large windows to see the great out doors. It's a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to the famous High Bridge that takes you to the island into town, along with swimming and fishing. Montana vacationing at its finest at Green Acres Ranch private 42 acres with a log home nestled between fields and forest in the country with the convenience of being just outside the quaint town of Thompson Falls, Montana. You will find the peace and quiet you’re looking for, surrounded by gorgeous mountain views. Green Acres is a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride using the famous High Bridge that takes you to the island into town. Swimming is available and we can’t forget fishing, all within walking distance. Those of you who love to hike there are endless hiking trails and for the more serious mountain bikers the Hiawatha bike trail is just up and over the breath taking Thompson Pass that takes you into Idaho an hour and 30 minutes away. Or for some rest and relaxation take a float down the Clark Fork River. Families with children this is a haven for kids. We love kids. Our ranch style living offers tree forts, tree swings, trampoline in the ground for safety, big hay barn, a horse to pet, (sorry we do NOT offer horseback riding) yard games and lots of room to run and play. In season we have fresh cherries, apples and raspberries for the pickin!
