Cobbossee Lake House w/ Private Dock

Relaxing Cobbosseecontee Lake front get-away in the quiet town of Monmouth. Drive up to our home on private Maple Ridge island and enjoy the way life should be. You’ll stay in our newly renovated, multi- level, comfortable lake house on a hill overlooking the water. A public boat ramp is only a few miles away, and you can dock your boat on our private dock. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy a sizable kitchen with all the amenities you will need, a large dining table to gather with friends and family, and a beautiful backyard to spend your time looking over the lake. There’s also an outdoor bar where you can gather for drinks and a fire ring overlooking the lake. We are located in a secluded spot on the lake so you won’t be bothered by much boat traffic. Other amenities include: Wireless Internet, a large living room with a view of the lake, plenty of closet space to keep your belongings, a desk with a monitor/keyboard to accommodate those working virtually, washer and dryer, a large patio, a small porch and deck, and propane grill. *Please Note: The home is situation on top of a hill. There is a steep driveway leading down to the lake, where the property then flattens out. This walk could be challenging for some guests.
