Located just outside the town of Orange, VA, the owners of The Market at Grelen renovated this historic 1891 home in 2017. In good shape structurally, this gem just needed a little redesign, TLC and refreshed landscaping. Named for it's large boxwood circling the house, Boxwood Villa is surprisingly private and a wonderful choice for a variety of occasions. This gorgeous home is old but has been remodeled and decorated with a modern flair. The living area and library are spacious and contain plenty of seating. Two separate dining spaces are located near the kitchen and collectively seat up to 18 guests. The large finished 3rd floor is perfect for yoga retreats and conferences complete with a roll out television for video presentations. Surrounding the property is a 1/2 mile walking trail, perfect for stretching your legs and exploring nature. The kitchen and all of the living spaces of this house are included in this listing but guests will only have access to master king bedroom suite on the first floor. All of the other four 2nd floor bedrooms will be locked. Of course, the grounds and the surrounding 13.5 acre parcel are included as well. No other people will be allowed to rent the property at the same time so guests will have 100% privacy. Additional bedrooms in the home can be rented, too, for groups of up to 10 people.
