We go over everything the house offers and includes, as well as answer many frequently asked questions including "how far is the beach?", "what is included in the rental?", and "can we get an early checkin/late check out?". After you read the below information if you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask! :) This home offers a relaxing getaway with a homey feel! THE INDOOR SPACE: -The Master Bedroom offers a king sized bed with a green tea memory foam mattress, 100" Cinema Style HD Projector with Netflix & Amazon Prime TV, Disney Plus night stands, closet space with hangers, a full length mirror, an iron and ironing board and quaint decor. -The bathroom has been recently updated and is stocked with 4 bath towels, 1 hand towels, 4 washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and hand soap. -The Living Room offers a West Elm sofa/bean bag chair with comfy throw pillows and blankets, and a 50" flat screen LCD television that has Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime TV. -The kitchenette offers dining space, full sized fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, induction cooktop single burner, pots and pans, cookware, dinnerware, flatware, and drink-ware. PLEASE READ: **This complex has three separate apartments, and this rental is located on the ground level of the complex. Your entrance and all of the space shown and listed is private for you, and completely separate from the other apartment. ** CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check In is at 4:00 PM. Our cleaners do not provide us with a scheduled time that they clean our house specifically because they clean many houses in the day so their schedule always changes, and they are unable to guarantee us a specific time slot. Because of this we are unable to guarantee any early checkins, however, our cleaners always do their best to get finished as early as possible. Once our cleaners text us that the house is ready we will then text you the check in information immediately. :) Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in time we are unable to accommodate any late check outs.In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: HOW FAR IS THE BEACH? The beach is just a few blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide 2 beach chairs, 1 cooler, and an umbrella so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car! THERE A GRILL? Unfortunately No. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grill related house fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grill at our home. :( WHAT COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS ARE INCLUDED? - 1 roll of paper towels - 2 rolls of toilet paper - 1 bag per trash can - Dishes + Pots/Pans - Induction Burner and Toaster - 4 K Cups - Cream and Sugar - Shampoo - Conditioner - Body Wash - Hand Soap - Dish Soap and Sponge - Blow Dryer - Ironing Board and Iron - 2 Beach Chairs (You will need to bring your own beach towels) WHAT LINENS ARE INCLUDED? - Sheets - 4 Towels - 4 Washcloths - 1 Hand towel - 1 Kitchen towel - 1 Bath Mat Anything else you may need outside of the complimentary items provided will need to be brought by the guest. (We do not provided beach towels. Also please note there is not a washer and dryer at this location.) WHAT SHOULD WE BRING? - Beach Towels - Additional coffee and paper products that you may need - Any additional items you may need that we do not provide DO YOU HAVE A TEA POT? Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in!.. Ground level key-less entry :) We are available to text, email or call throughout the day with any issues or questions. We will communicate detailed description on how to get into the space and where to park after booking. We live next to some amazing neighbors who look out for each others home. It is extremely safe and quiet here. There are only houses on one side of the street making it very quiet and relaxing vs other areas in the Outer Banks. Car, Cab, Uber, Walk PLEASE NOTE this is one of three separate apartments on the property the other two are Airbnbs as well. We are available if you need us but we really try to just give our guest there own privacy to enjoy there vacation.
