LAKE FRONT PROPERTY!!!

The property is located on Media lake. There is plenty to do on the water from hanging out on the dock, laying out on the water, you can rent a boat and park it while not in use at the dock. Lay out on the dock and take in the sun. ( depends on water level for use)There is a pavilion below you can hang out and grill at with the views of the water or go up to the top deck and listen to surround sound music inside and out. Kitchen is complete redone with all the amenities you would need. Two tvs available for you to stream shows you would like to watch. If you would like to go for some food there is a few locations available. There are 2 bunk beds that have a twin bed on top and a full bed on bottom in one room. Another room has a queen bed. The last twin bed is in another room. 4 Way is 5 mins down the road which is American food. There is a Mexican restaurant . There is some amazing BBQ called Lucy's that is open on weekends. You will have an amazing time out here on the water and off. ****Please inquire on the dock if you are wanting to use it to determine if it is available**** ** Medina Lake is a lake that fluctuates in water levels. When water levels are down you will have to walk out to the water line and dock.***
