You can certainly see and feel the charm of the small town emanate from below. The Verde is located on the second floor of the hotel. No elevators. Must walk one flight of stairs to access room. A hidden treasure in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Less than 90 minutes by car from Washington, DC—Suites at 249 is in the heart of Culpeper's Historic District. The Verde is one of six luxury suites in a beautifully renovated historical brick building. Fitting for any retreat, our large suites have plenty of space to relax and unwind! Common areas include: Hotel Lobby, lobby restroom, stairwells. An ice machine is located in the lobby for our guests. No vending machines onsite. Thank you for understanding that we do not communicate outside of Airbnb messenger. A team member will be available via Airbnb messenger if you need us. Housekeeping will check on guests staying multiple days to refresh rooms and toiletries. Check-in using our keyless door entry system; your personal door access code will be messaged to you prior to 3:00PM on the day of arrival. We are a small boutique hotel conveniently located on East Davis Street in Historic Downtown Culpeper, Virginia. Steps from the Reel LOVE sculpture, Amtrak Train Station, Visitor Center, and Museum of Culpeper History at the Depot. Walk to dining, unique shopping, dining, coffee shops, breweries and more! PARKING: There is no designated parking for the hotel. On-street parking is available in front of our building on East Davis Street. These are two-hour designated spaces between 8AM and 6PM (Monday through Saturday) with no time restrictions after 5PM. Three-hour parking is available in front of the Visitor Center at the Train Depot on Commerce Street. Please obey the posted parking signs and time limits as they are enforced by Town Police. Additional parking information can be found in the guest binder in your suite.
