CABIN This is a quintessential Minnesota getaway with whitewashed wood floors and pine walls. It's outfitted with all the modern comforts, but still has that vintage cabin charm. The large windows have exceptional lake views and let in natural light all day long. The kitchen is fully stocked. Dining space seats 4. There are two bedrooms in the main cabin and a sleeper sofa in the boathouse. Each bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of spare blankets. Although the cabin is seasonal, it's heated and stays cozy through November. BOATHOUSE The boathouse is set up as a lounge space and includes a fridge and bar cart so you can spend the day down by the water. PROPERTY The property is very quiet and private. It's tucked away on a dead-end road with forest along the entire north side (home to the Tioga MTB trails). The nearest trail access is just a minute ride from your doorstep. South facing views from the elevated property look out onto Pokegama's largest bay and you can catch sunrises and sunsets from the shoreline. Other outdoor amenities include firepits near the patio and at the lake, Adirondacks, a gas grill, driveway to the lake for unloading boats, and secure storage for gear. LAKEFRONT There is a short flight of stairs down to the lake as well as a driveway so it's easy to unload your lake gear. We have a dock, Adirondacks, and a firepit along the lakeshore. The boathouse has a bed, desk, chairs, and a mini-fridge. The lake is clear and clean with a sandy shoreline and with views that stretch for miles.
