The home is in great location offering a balance of tranquility & relaxation, but just minutes away from town for shopping, good food, lake fun, and much more! You will have access to the main level of the home, backyard, back/front porches, & the adjacent driveway. The lower level of the home is not accessible as part of this rental but will be unoccupied during your stay. There is plenty of space for outdoor fun or relaxation! Downtown Gainesville and is only a 15-20 minute drive offering great restaurants, shopping, and of course the lake! The Tanger Outlets in Commerce are only 15-20 minutes away for some shopping. Interstate 985/85 is only minutes away. Downtown Atlanta is approximately an hour away.
