****We have no beach access**** Only ramp to kayaks Nearest beach access is on Camp Merryadale. (Only less then 1 miles away) Welcome to beautiful water view home in Piney Point, Maryland. This charming home is located within walking distance of the beach on Camp Merryelande and very close to public boat ramp. Enjoy nature while relaxing in the beautifully designed outdoor space, where bald eagles and blue herons are common sightings No parties or events. The entire house is available to the guest. There is a concrete ramp on the side at end of the street to the right for kayak launch. ***We have kayaks and life jackets*** Life jacket must be on at all time while kayaking. What we love about the house: - The view is the island - Walking around with wonderful view - Our driveway fit 3-4 cars - Quiet neighborhood - Bike down to the beach (Camp Merryadale) .5 miles - Down the street from Ruddy Duck Seafood & Alehouse - Our local bar Pizza King Please use the mosquitoes spray!!! Please clean after your pets. We will provide dog bag and treats :) We welcome well-behave dogs. Up to 90lbs There will be a $25 per pets. This will be paid directly to us.
