Special events eg. graduation Open House, bridal party gathering, Holiday gatherings or a Sparty Tailgate can be requested with advance notice; otherwise PARTIES are Not PERMITTED & NO SMOKING of any kind. Travelers have access to a fully furnished kitchen: clean mattresses, quality/linen, sheets, towels, washer, dryer and appliances. Additional fees will be assessed for Special events, reservations of 3 or more guest will be charged an addtional $15 per person above the base rate. Business travelers staying seven days will recieve a 30% discount on base rate of their reservation and 40% for a monthly stay.
