Deeded Water access available for enthusiastic kayakers or paddle boarders (please feel free to bring them with you)! With a click of the remote cozy up to the gas fireplace & watch egrets, blue heron & cormorants as they glide over the water's surface all from the comfort of your home. Bask in the beauty of spectacular sunsets. Every day is a nature show! You won't miss a beat in this 1,400 square foot home with an open concept floor plan lending itself to views no matter where you are, even while preparing dinner in the exquisite Chef's kitchen featuring a Viking Stove, granite counters, back lit cabinetry & snack bar. Huge new composite deck with cable rail off the master bedroom overlooking the expanse of the water. Our home features an outdoor grill, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 5 (or 6 with a futon or air mattress). New washing machine and dryer in first floor closet. It's a quick trip to the beach by paddleboard or kayak or a short drive to several local beaches, Halibut Point, more restaurants, museums, hiking, and quarries. Stroll down the street to the wonderful Willow Rest Cafe for breakfast or lunch. Owners live locally and have a basement apartment (with separate entrance) at the property and will be available for questions/special requests. This is a perfect home for a friends or family retreat. Please no loud parties, as we live in a residential neighborhood. Fall Season: Friday-Friday rental (4 night minimum). If you need a rental that requires us changing our turnover day, we need to charge an extra fee for our cleaning crew. Summer Season: Friday-Friday rental (7 night minimum). except for 7/22-29, when you can choose a 6 night stay if you like. Smoke and pet-free. Parking for two cars. Check-in 4pm, Checkout 12pm
