You and your guests can enjoy the entire cottage. If anyone has mobility issues, no worries as there are no stairs needed to enter the home and move about the living space and private bedroom and semi-private bunk room and full bathroom. You will need to maneuver stairs to enjoy the beach, but the view is breathtaking on the covered porch which requires NO STAIR USE. All hardwoods throughout. Bedroom layout: Main level has a private queen bedroom and off the back of the house is the bunk room that is only semi private. You enter the bunk room to access the stairs to the private master suite. The upstairs suite is private with a barn style door. The bunk room and master suite is excellent for families with children as the bunk room is semi private. Wonderful beach feel cottage. You'll be wishing you had more time to sit back and relax, to take in the sounds of the lapping water or sitting back to watch the heron, eagles, osprey, migratory winter birds, seagulls, seals and other wildlife that call this bay home.
