Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life. Getting Around: A car is required for getting around Horseshoe Bay. However, the property is a 2 minute walk to the HSB resort Yacht club and is very centrally located around the key resort amenities. Other Things to Note: -- POLICIES -- - No smoking - No pets or animals allowed, any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $350 dollar fee - No parties or large gatherings. Smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval. Please include any questions/requests in your booking inquiry - Must be at least 27 years old to book - Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am. Please no loud noise. - Abusive or offensive music or language is not permitted. Violations of this will result in eviction as per the HOA rules.
