The house is directly behind Shipwreck Raw Bar. You must be 25 to rent this property and no house parties are allowed. December 31, 2022 to March 10, 2023 discounts - 2 weeks-20%, 3 weeks-30%, 4 weeks or more-40%. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. The per pet fee is $75.
