The home is furnished with quality furniture, bedding, and kitchenware. A washer and dryer are available for guests to use during their stay. The outdoor patio faces to provide a quiet and shaded place to relax during the day and evening with a gas grill for cooking. Guests can store bikes and a vehicle in the two-car garage. A remote door opener for the garage is provided at check-in. There are plenty of walking paths and biking trails throughout the community. The village of Clarkston offers plenty of dining experiences, shopping, summer concerts in the park, coffee houses, and local markets for fresh and organic produce. Close proximity to I-175 provides quick access to movie theaters, outlet mall (Great Lakes Crossing), Costco, Home Depot, Kohls, Target, etc. Enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing (Pine Knob, Mount Holly), golfing, and outdoor concerts (DTE Energy, Meadowbrook). Important: This home does not have central air. We have window air units. Please note: that this home is cleaned and disinfected according to the CDC guidelines before every guest arrives. All frequently touched surfaces including light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc. are disinfected to ensure a clean and germ free home.
