Private Large 1 bed/1 bath Guest Suite

Welcome to Sylvia's guest suite! This guest suite is on the lower level of a lovely 3-story townhouse. You will have -private full bathroom -private bedroom with Queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet -private living space with a TV and HUGE couch (sleeps 2 adults) -private mini-kitchen and dining place -private electric fireplace -shared common area which includes lounging space, full kitchen, and dining area. I have a friendly, house-trained cat who only roams in the shared area. This townhouse is located in the corner of a very safe and peaceful family community, facing the woods. You will have lots of privacy! It is located right off major highways (less than 1-minute from the I-795-ramp) and close to the Owings Mills Metro that can go directly to downtown Baltimore. It's also near (within a 10-minute drive) many local restaurants, shops, markets, and an AMC theater. The best way to get around is by driving or Uber/Lift. The metro station is a few minutes drive away, you can go to the city by taking metro. Please note that the suite does not have a private entrance. It has a balcony door for you to go outside, but please don’t use it as your entrance door - you can’t lock the door behind you and would need to walk on sloped grass. Please use the shared main entrance of the house.
