Located in a private golf community! So much to see and love about this home. Book today! The Space: Entry is on the ground level through the garage with passcode. The same code is used to close the garage door from the outside. The door on the right leads into the house and has a remote lock keypad that requires a separate code from the garage. (codes are emailed w/in 24 hours of arrival). There is 1 step up from the garage into the home. You'll enter into a hallway with laundry room and washer and dryer. There are 14 steps that lead up the 2nd (Main) level. (There is low head clearance for the first few steps and a safety gate at the top of the stairs). As you step into the Main level you're welcomed by a large open floor plan with kitchen, living and dining areas with walls of windows to take in amazing views of the treetops, canyon, and Sierra Blanca Peak! Genuine hard wood floors and paneling compliment the A-Frame mountain style! The kitchen is nicely updated with new electric range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and RO filtered water system. It's also stocked with just about everything you'll need to prepare meals, just bring the groceries! New tile countertops that provide plenty of space for prep and serving area, counter seating for 2, and pantry. The living area is a cozy setting to kick back and relax with comfy sofa and loveseat, wood-burning fireplace, windows with views out to the deck, ponderosa pines, and mountains. There is a large TV with cable ready for the big game or family movie night! The open dining area has a lovely Mexican pine table with plenty of seating. Just beyond the dining area you'll step through the sliding glass doors onto the sprawling outdoor deck. Grab that morning coffee and be prepared to sit back and relax! Breathtaking views and quiet solitude, you'll hear hummingbirds and elk bugling in the canyon. Gather the family around the outdoor dining table for a cookout! The gas grill has a full propane tank and ready for steaks and burgers! You may never want to leave! There is a staircase with 15 steps that lead from the deck down to the newly installed HOT TUB! There is 1 bedroom on the main level just to the right at the top of the stairs with a queen bed, closet, tv w/ cable, and ceiling fan. There is also a full bath with shower/tub combo that has a convenient hall access and serves all bedrooms on this level and the loft. As you pass through the sliding glass doors, you'll be amazed at the stunning views of the treetops and canyon. It's the perfect spot to listen to the breeze in the tall pines and kick back and relax with a cup of coffee as you read or send photos of your trip to friends and family. From the 3rd floor, you find a curious set of stairs that lead up to an awesome loft! There are 10 steps up and the kids will love their own private space with 2 twin beds, closet, soaring ceilings with exposed wood beams that show off the A-Frame style and plush carpet. There is a safety gate at the top of the steps. There is also a seating area with 2 comfy chairs and plenty of space to sprawl out and read or play games. The windows offer great natural light with views of the treetops and Alto Lake! A-Frame of Mind has central heat and A/C, The thermostat is on the 2nd (main) level next to the kitchen pantry. There is 1 fireplace located in the living room and is wood burning with gas assist. There is free Wifi and TVs have TDS cable service. Guest Access: GUEST CHECK IN FORM: As part of our confirmation process, guests will need to complete the check in form (link provided in confirmation email). Guests will need to send copy of ID, email to securely send access codes and digital guestbook, and provide a contact phone number where they can be reached during their stay. ACCESS CODES: Access codes for the remote lock are emailed to the reservation holder w/in 24 hours of arrival. . DIRECTIONS AND CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS: For the privacy of the staying guest, physical addresses are not provided until booking and confirmation is complete. Check in instructions are emailed at least 3 days before arrival date. DIGITAL GUESTBOOK: Directions and check in instructions are available in the digital guestbook. A "property specific" link is emailed to the reservation holder after completing guest check in form and via SMS text message prior to arrival. Roads are paved to the home and the driveway and parking areas are also paved. Please note: the driveway up to the house is moderately steep and may be slick or snow packed especially with overnight snow or ice. ACCESSING THE HOUSE: Entry to the house is through the garage. Once the garage door is open, there is a door that leads into the house that requires a code for the remote lock. These are DIFFERENT CODES and both will be emailed w/in 24 hours of arrival. PLEASE NOTE: the driveway up to the house is steep and may be slippery when icy or snow packed.
