Peaceful Woods Retreat is a beautiful golf course home as well as lake front home. Bring your family and your boat and enjoy fishing and boating on Greenbriar Lake which is the largest lake in Holly Lake Ranch. Our home has 2 bedrooms with King size beds and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room is a great place for families to enjoy time together. The living room has a gas fireplace to enjoy on chilly evenings. Off the living room there is a huge sunroom overlooking the golf course and the lake. There is a separate den that offers another room for TV watchers to enjoy. We have a huge deck on the back of the house for grilling and enjoying nature. Another added bonus is this large home is all one level. The large boat dock has a slip to store your boat while vacationing and a flagstone patio with fire pit for some lakeside relaxation. We also have 2 kayaks and a paddle boat for your enjoyment. Holly Lake Ranch is a premier gated community in the piney woods of East Texas. With all the amenities and natural beauty of the woods you are sure to have a relaxing and memorable getaway. Please note that as of April 1, 2022 there will be a fee for guests to bring motored watercraft in to Holly Lake Ranch to use on the private lakes. The fee is $50 and is good for three days.
