This home cozy, cottage-style home features a wood-burning stove in the living room and library area, a flat-screen TV with satellite service, a full-size, stacked washer and dryer window A/C unit in the kitchen. This cottage also has a nice deck with a gas grill for BBQing and fabulous mountain views. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed (Second Level) 2nd Bedroom - Double Bed (Main Level) 3rd Bedroom - Double Bed (Main Level) 4th Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds (Upstairs). Street parking is available on 5th St. in front of the home. The outdoor space the home offers is equally desirable, featuring a fenced yard, the garden area that greets you as you arrive, and a covered porch for sitting out and enjoying the gorgeous mountain views. There are lovely fruit trees in the back yard and a wildflower garden in front of the home that a beautiful during the summer season! Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
