Theres A fire pit w /log benches, A Webber grille, w/all the classic cook out necessities. The Corn Hole Lights UP for night play& nothing beats stargazing from the private HOT TUB for 2! The entire camper and Fantasy campground area is set up picture perfect and ready for you to relax , get back to nature and enjoy the good ole outdoors with out any good ole hard work, stress or frustrations of setting everything up..We’ve thought of everything, even your own Private outdoor bathroom facilities. There’s nothing better than a little late night star gazing while your in the Private hot tub . Enjoy s’mores or hot dogs at the fire pit , preloaded with wood and ready to light. Play corn hole in the dark with our led light up corn hole boards ,Listen to music on the Bluetooth radio/speaker. Or bring the old boom box outside .There’s a mini Projector and instant set up screen for inside/outside movie watching. Everything is set up and ready for some good old fashioned summer fun . There’s a little something for everyone; My personal favorite is Relaxing in the open air, hot tubing, stargazing and YES, the stars Certainly pop here in the Middletown Valley)There’s candles, fans , books, beer, wine & margarita glasses Plus yard games, books & cards for A Step back in time, get back to nature in a sweet, vintage, little Mayberry esk place while camping in our sweet, vintage little, Mid- century modern , canned Ham space ! Located on a Very private wooded lot, on a Very private alley right in the heart of the historic and beautiful , downtown Middletown, Md . Surrounded by Middletown Valleys 360 degree Mountain View’s and rolling hills . A great place to Get back to nature and refresh your soul ! The camper is roomier than it looks. It comfortably sleeps 2 Adults, however it could sleep 4 , (3 adults and a child would be tight but fairly comfortable)4 adults would be a VERY tight squeeze. We provide linens , towels, blankets, pillows, dishes ,utensils, coffees, teas and water for your comfort and convenience. Please note outdoor bathroom facilities are provided inside the little building on the property. Marked by a little solar , lamp post planter. There’s small lanterns that pop open and light big to carry around and use outside for extra light if needed. Take the big one when going to the Lue to light the way. There’s also bug sprays and solar lit mosquito repellent lamps , lots of citronella candles, for your comfort. We don’t want anything pesky ruining your fun. We’re always in the process of trying to get this down to a science by making it better every day, we’re still sprucing up the landscaping and getting the inside/outside spaces as efficiently run & easily accessible as possible for our guests. Our goal is to make this the perfect little glamping getaway for you and a guest , for an awesome night under the stars for two. Guest have access to the entire camper and it’s Private deluxe grounds, set up JUST FOR YOU . A fire pit, Webber grille, hot tub, If it’s a super hot day , there’s an all ready inflated pool , just inside the garage building that guest can easily take out and pop it on the grass wherever desired and full her up , the hose is easily accessible and attached to the back of the main house for unlimited use . Grab the super long hose , grab a beer and make a splash. ( baby pool/soaking pool Is located next to the bathroom in the Lue house for EASY peasy , set up & extra outdoor fun , if desired. We also have a nice shade tent with chairs w/outdoor fan. There’s cute outdoor dinette sets, outside electric for blender or music, Private fire pit w Wood and log benches seating , there’s a big flat grassy area for the pool, star gazing or throwing the ball & frisbee around (also provided)We even have outdoor games , like Can Jam ,CornHole , 3 in one yard games that light after dark . Every thing will all ready set up for you, in the grassy areas! WE do all the work for you, Your only job at our camp is to relax and enjoy yourself and have GOOD SUMMER FUN IN THE SUN. Cool off in the splash pool or warm up in the hot tub . There’s lots of portable fans & mini water bottle ACs in the camper to keep you cool & comfy during your camping /Glamping experience. We’re still working on THINKING OF everything needed for the perfect glamping camping experience! Suggestions, comments and concerns are more than welcome, Your INPUT IS more than Important , It’s WHAT makes this site SLAP! ( that’s a good thing) We like to respect our guests Privacy and provide a complete Private space for our guests to enjoy as their own. That said you will rarely see or hear from us during your stay . However we live only a block away from the property and are ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF AND WHEN NEEDED for our guests at anytime of the day or night , we’re super responsive to our guest needs , nothings too big or too small to bother us, it’s not a bother whatsoever, it’s what we are here for and happy to always assist in any way needed, from a recommendation to great hiking spot, or how to set up the corn hole , We are here for you. We are located in very sought out Middletown Valley. Convenience at your fingertips. Walking distance to the main Cup , Dempseys Grille and Main Street shopping. Minutes to downtown Frederick, Braddock Hights, Myersville, Burkettsville, Harpers Ferry. Less than an hour outside of DC and Baltimore . Surrounded by historical sites, monuments, wineries, museums, art galleries and tons of great hiking trails, 6 award winning golf courses and 2 disk golf course , fishing 🎣 and lots of open fields at Middletown park, also with in walking distance. We have a creamery with delicious ice creams, cheeses, meats , even cow milking and daily tours . The food is always farm to table fresh and delicious. Small Town, USA IS TRULY A WONDERFULLY UNIQUE PLACE TO LIVE AND STAY. There’s no hotels or public transportation here in Middletown, you will need a car to get most places, however the property is privately & conveniently located with in Walking distance to the Famous, MAIN CUP , Dempseys grill, LDS , ice cream parlor, salon, art galleries, yoga, rock star gym , gift shops and sport land , our small towns little , local sporting good & sports wear shop and all the other Middletown’s quant little shops. We have all the easy information for the stove , hot tub , Fire pit and grill for anyone to use , even if you have never been camping before. We also live a block away from the property and can easily be reached if needed for any reason. Coffee, tea and light breakfast items such as granola bars, pop tarts , fruit and lots of water bottles are provided. Sink water is not filtered. Bathroom facilities are located on the property in the garage building. There’s a solar heated shower and Private outside stall for quick clean up . We are currently in the process of getting a hot water tap for a full outdoor shower experience.
