It is called the Hatteras Realty Pool at the Avon Office. The main bedroom’s French doors give access to the shaded ocean-view deck, a screened porch can be found off the dining area with a table and benches for serving your family meals, and a front deck complete with a windlass lift for your gear will make getting some fresh air a breeze. Plus, the outdoor shower can wash your cares and sand away after a full day at the beach. The open design allows ample space for the whole crew to come together for special times and views of magnificent sunsets. The great room is outfitted in the latest coastal furnishings, bar, games, puzzles as well as a Smart TV, Google Assist Dish TV. Gather around the dining table all while enjoying Sound views. The well-equipped kitchen features granite tops with breakfast bar seating, upscale black stainless appliances, a six-burner stove, and double ovens. Keurig coffee makers, an air fryer, waffle maker, crockpot, and storage cabinets galore with make prep and cooking for your hungry crowd no problem for the chefs in your family. Parking notes: There is parking space in the driveway for four vehicles. Under the house, there is room to park your boat and dry entry. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
