This home sits on a large lot with a beautiful Live Oak in the front yard. This home is located in Richmond Hill, with is a suburb of Savannah. If safety is a concern, this home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Savannah, Pooler, Bluffton and surrounding beaches are all an easy drive away. Pets are welcome at Poppy Place with a pet fee of $85 - 1/$20 for 2+. All bedding, lawn care, utilities and internet are included. Savannah is an easy 30 minute drive Pooler is less than 20 minutes away Beaches (Hilton Head, Tybee, Golden Isles) are all 50-60 minutes away There is a pet fee for this property. $85/month for the first pet $20/month for each additional pet The host lives nearby and is available if needed. The neighborhood is older with large yards. There is a small baseball field a block away, great for walking a dog or getting children out to play. This home is centrally located, in the heart of Richmond Hill. Guests will be able to access the home through a lockbox. Guests will feel comfortable as they enjoy the large yard. Several Richmond Hill schools are within a few miles of this home. This home has a minimum night stay of 30 nights or more. Guests can stay as long as they like, but must book for at least 30 nights. This home is ideal for families moving in or out of the area and also professionals here on a set schedule.. Guests will need a car to get around.
