The Space: This cozy 1-bed, 1-bath townhouse unit that comfortably accommodates up to 4 is a perfect place to getaway and relax during a schedule packed visit to LA. Guests will find a full kitchen including refrigerator / mini refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, French press, and a coffee maker. There is a living and dining area, private bedroom with queen-size bed, and updated bathroom with 9’ tall luxury glass tiled shower. The seating area also has a comfortable couch that transforms into a queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping options. Amenity highlights include fast and reliable Wi-Fi ideal for virtual commuting, Smart TV with full complement of DirecTV channels, a comprehensive housewares package, and fresh linens, towels, and bath essentials for every guest. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home and a fenced courtyard that is shared with one other unit. The house is entirely your own space during the duration of your stay. There is one parking space for this rental as well as ample street parking. Please note that the parking space is off-street. Our house is just a few miles from Los Angeles International Airport. Located in the trendy Inglewood, CA, you are less than a mile from taking in a concert or sporting event at the historic Forum. Inglewood is the new home of the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers stadium and Hollywood Park Casino. Take a stroll through the arts district downtown on Market St or check out the famous Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. You will be conveniently located right in the middle of many entertaining and exciting attractions and hot spots that will make your trip to California unforgettable. If you are looking for culture and learning, we are less than 10 miles from the California Science Center, the Petersen Automotive Museum, the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles and the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Other Things to Note: We follow CDC guidelines by doing our part to help guests stay safe. We properly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces before all check-ins. This unit requires going up one flight of stairs and is above another unit, which is also available for booking if you have a larger group that requires more space. The A/C for this unit is a window unit located in the kitchen area. Windows have been replaced in this unit to minimize noise however there will be airplanes overhead at times. Check-in is flexible any time after 3:00 p.m. You will be given a code to enter through the garage and a code for the lock on your door. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins if we do not have guests booked the night before. The early check in fee is $25. Late check outs can be accommodated if we do not have guests checking in that same day – the fee is $25 per hour for the first 3 hours. If you need to extend more than 3 hours, the full night rate will be charged. Pets are allowed for a fee of $25. Infants are welcome however we do not have a crib in the unit. Interaction with Guests: I am available 24/7 for your needs. The level of interaction is determined by your desires, and all of your needs will be met.
