POOL - Have complete access to the large underground swimming pool with fountains shooting out water in different colors. The pool is HEATED so no worries about the weather. You will love this area. Opens sometime in April. CLUBHOUSE/GYM - You will receive your own code to enter the beautiful and well designed Clubhouse. Play pool, food prep in the kitchen area for bbqing. Wake up to the most amazing coffee/nespresso/hot chocolate/what you can imagine machine free for the taking. The gym is larger than most with about 8 stations to work out. Walk out to the large patio area with tall standing fire place as the back drop. The club house is available to rent for up to 40 people. MASTER BEDROOM - The spacious Master includes a brand new and extremely comfortable King size bed set. 2 End tables can be used as dressers with lamps and an alarm clock equipped with 2 charging ports for easy charging. There is a massive walk in closet is great for every traveler with hangers provided. Private Bathroom includes a beautiful Vanity with the light around the mirror, toilet and shower/tub combo. This Master Bedroom alone offers more than most expensive hotel rooms and counts for just one room throughout the apartment. BEDROOM #2 - Bedroom #2 is right off the Living Room and includes a comfortable queen bed set, end table, alarm clock with built-in USB PORTS, Lamp, Fire Smart TV, ceiling fan and large walk in closet. Also included is a pack n play should you need it. LIVING ROOM - Located right off the kitchen, is furnished with a brand new extremely comfortable couch and love seat.
