We go over what is provided in our home, and frequently asked questions. Any questions we may not have answered here please do not hesitate to ask! You will love your time here being close to the beach, the bay, restaurants and shops, and all of the Outer Banks greatest attractions. Our apartment offers one bedroom with a high end queen sized memory foam bed, plush bedding, closet and dresser space, and a 43" television connected to Netflix & Amazon Video. You have a newly renovated bathroom that has a tiled stand up shower with marble flooring, and a Bluetooth speaker system so you can jam to your favorite songs while you are getting ready! The shower even has a water filtration system to provide you super clean shower water! The living room offers a large sofa with movable back cushions so two can comfortably lounge, and a 50" television connected to Netflix. You also have a kitchenette area that includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, full sized sink, glasses and dishes, a toaster, a griddle, and an induction burner with pots and pans so you are able to prepare meals at home! You will also have outdoor seating space to relax and enjoy the day. We can not wait to see you this summer, and host you for this seasons beach escape! CHECK IN: Check In is at 4:00 PM. Our cleaners do not provide us with a scheduled time that they clean our house specifically because they clean many houses in the day so their schedule always changes, and they are unable to guarantee us a specific time slot. Because of this we are unable to guarantee any early check-ins, however, our cleaners always do their best to get finished as early as possible. Once our cleaners text us that the house is ready we will then text you the check in information immediately. :) CHECK OUT: Is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately the cleaning company we use are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: HOW FAR IS THE BEACH? The beach is just a few blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide 2 beach chairs and 1 large beach umbrella so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car! IS THERE A GRILL? Unfortunately No. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grill related house fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grill at our home. :( WHAT COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS ARE INCLUDED? - 1 roll of paper towels - 2 rolls of toilet paper - 1 bag per trash can - 4 K Cups - Some cream and sugar - Shampoo - Conditioner - Body Wash - Hand Soap - 2 dishwasher pods - Dish soap and sponge - Blow dryer - Ironing board and iron Anything else you may need outside of the complimentary items provided will need to be brought by the guest. WHAT LINENS ARE INCLUDED? - Sheets - 4 towels - 4 washcloths - 1 hand towel - 1 kitchen towel - 1 bath mat (We do not provided beach towels. Also please note there is not a washer and dryer at this location.) WHAT SHOULD WE BRING? - Beach Towels - Additional coffee and paper products that you may need ARE THERE ANY RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE? Our favorite coffee shop is just down the street within walking distance its called Front Porch Café! They offer coffee, tea, and pastries. There are many OBX well known restaurants within a five minute drive from the home including: Awful Arthurs, Barefoot Bernie's, Black Pelican, and Hurricane Mos. DO YOU HAVE A TEA POT? Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in! You will have access to the full ground level apartment. Its 100% private and not shared with the upper apartment. The upper apartment is completely separate. This will be available for rent as a short term rental as well :) Its a two bedroom one bath if you are looking for a larger apartment.
