Heated Salt Water Pool, Walk to Town and Track

Eclectic and bright Victorian with beautiful gardens and large, heated, salt water pool. Sleeps 6. Due to severe allergies, NO ANIMALS in this house. Two bedrooms each have one queen bed. Third bedroom is an office with very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Open floorplan downstairs. Exceptional landscaped backyard with a private heated pool, dining area, comfy lounge chairs with umbrellas, grilling deck and outdoor shower. You can walk to town, the track and to Saratoga Spa State Park from here. This is an amazing spot for a peaceful respite, great for a family or a few friends, but it is NOT the place for entertaining. Only the guests on the lease to be on the property. Occassional exceptions are made, but must be disclosed and approved in writing PRIOR to reserving. Reasonable noise levels after 10PM. THE POOL This house is all about the pool. It is large, heated and maintained with soft salt water (not chlorine!). There is fun night lighting for evening dips and hanging out, umbrellas for sunny days, nice pool towels and an outdoor shower. Dining tables inside, poolside and on the grilling deck. Guest Responsibilities regarding the pool: The pool is deep cleaned once a week. Daily maintenance of skimming fallen leaves and emptying skimmer baskets is the responsibility of guests. The pool is in the sun all day, so we have many umbrellas for your comfort. It is the responsibility of guests to put the umbrellas down every night and during windy days so they don't fly away and cause injury or damage. THE HOUSE Large master bedroom with en suite bath, custom tiled shower and separate soaking tub. Second smaller bedroom with queen bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom is an office with pullout sofa, designed for comfortable sleeping. We do not have cable TV, we've had enough of the news. Second full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs plus a refreshing outdoor shower. There is central air conditioning, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas. Wrap around front porch, driveway parking for up to 3 cars. CAMERA DISCLOSURE: there are exterior cameras on the front door, driveway and backyard. WHAT IS PROVIDED? We supply linens, bath and beach towels, Sonos music player, pool floats, spices, oils, indoor and poolside serviceware, napkins, foils, plastic wrap, table cloths and all those little things you might have at home but don't think to bring on holiday. LOCATION You can walk or ride your bike everywhere! 15 minutes to track, 10 minute walk to downtown, 15 to Saratoga Spa Park and Congress Park. This is a great retreat for those who like to be close to the action but then feel they can step away from it all. This is on a quiet, cul de sac street, so there is little traffic. Our backyard neighbors couldn't be any quieter as we are next to the old, lovely Greenridge Cemetery. Out of respect for our living neighbors we ask that guests be respectful and keep the noise to a reasonable level at night. ABOUT US This is new to the Saratoga rental market, so we have few reviews. However, we have 5 vacation rental properties in the nearby Adirondack Mountains that we have been renting for 15 years. Check those out for reviews of guests' experience with us. Or better yet, book a lakeside stay before or after your Saratoga experience! They are just one hour away. Bring or rent bikes for rides around town, to the track or through Saratoga Spa State Park. Only registered guests allowed on the property unless previously approved by host. Failure to adhere to our No Parties rule will result in immediate eviction, so please keep that in mind before renting. 25 age minimum unless with parent.
