Our beautiful home has an HOA that has a strict policy about not parking on the street at anytime. There is garage parking for 2 plus driveway parking for another 3 vehicles. The spacious kitchen is right off the family room and features beautiful backyard views from the windows, a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, traditional coffee maker and much more. There is a high-top table that seats 4 in the kitchen and in the dining room there is another table with seating for 8 plus outdoor seating. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, sitting area, 50” TV, sliding doors to the balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset on the outdoor patio furniture. The spacious master bathroom has double sinks, vanity area with chair, walk in shower and a garden tub. The first guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds with dresser and 50” smart TV. The second guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser and 50” smart TV.
