The house was designed to accommodate two families, an extended family, or a group of friends easily, with a layout that offers two fully appointed kitchens. You'll enter the main living space on the second floor, where you'll be greeted by a sunny nook with a desk to accommodate working from home, a pair of adjacent sitting areas and a flatscreen TV, and a dining room table just beyond. The first kitchen awaits around the corner, offering high-end stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops and cabinetry, chevron tile backsplash, and a glass door that leads out to the deck. Upstairs are three sun-lit bedrooms - including a main bedroom suite with a private bathroom and its own deck - and a designated laundry room. Downstairs on the ground floor is a beautiful studio suite with its own fully appointed kitchen, sitting area, full bathroom, and bed - a great spot for a guest (or guests) seeking a bit more privacy. What's nearby: This home is ideally located for those visiting the University of Washington, with the heart of campus just half a mile south along tree-lined streets. You'll also be able to walk to Ravenna Park (less than half a mile east), U Village (one mile southeast), and Green Lake Park (one mile northwest). The center of downtown Seattle - a straight shot five miles south - is easy to reach as well. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
