Our 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom home is located just off the Stratton Mountain access road in Winhall, Vermont. It’s a short 7 minute drive to the base of Stratton and a 4 minute drive to downtown Winhall! The house is also close to multiple state parks and if you want to check out another mountain there are 4 other ski mountains driving distance from the house! There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 12 beds (including the pull out couch), and 3.5 bathrooms! Amenities include a patio with views, attached garage, two 50”+ TV’s with cable, high speed internet, + more! The first floor consists of an open concept Kitchen / dining / living room area with a wood burning fireplace, 55” TV, sun drenched bar table area, 1/2 bathroom, 1 bedroom, and access to the garage. -First floor bedroom: 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed The Second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: -Second Floor Bedroom 1: 2 queen size beds with ensuite full bathroom -Second Floor Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed -Second Floor Bedroom 3: 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed The Lower level consists of a living room area with 55” TV, PS3 and Wii video game systems, foosball table, 1 full bathroom, memory foam queen size pullout bed, and 1 bedroom -Lower Level bedroom: 4 twin size beds (twin over twin bunk and twin bed with twin trundle) You have access to the entire property The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used. We are available by cell during your stay but we have a local caretaker that can also be contacted. We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months. BBQ is stored during peak winter months so that it isn’t damaged. Maximum occupancy is 16 We have a dog that visits the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration The house is family friendly but isn’t kid / baby proofed Surveillance or recording devices on property: Exterior motion sensing security cameras facing entrance to driveway backed up into Nest cloud.
