Dine together at the counter height table for two, and then close out your evenings in the comfortably furnished living area. There are two shared gas grills available to guests in the central area near the pool and a shared laundry facility as well. What's nearby: Located just a mile-and-a-half west of Wells Beach and a little over a mile south of downtown Wells, this delightful cottage puts antique stores, gourmet restaurants, and spectacular beaches all right at your fingertips. Wells has more than four miles of beaches to enjoy, so grab an umbrella and a beach towel and hit the sand! Afterward, snack on some strawberries or apples at one of the local farmers' markets, or browse over over two-dozen antique stores located along Route 1. And when it's time to dine out, this home is conveniently close to several restaurants, a brewpub, and Congdon's After Dark Food Truck Park, a short walk from your front door. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
