1925 Built Home - Experience the Roaring 20's. The house has been furnished and decorated in the Era of the 20's. Enjoy your stay and feel like your back in the 20's. Blocks from "Antique Row" Famous antique shopping Your home away from home features a living area with a big fireplace in the middle. (Just for looks not use) Opens to a full dining area with a table to seat 6 - 8. Dining area features a sidebar to mix your favorite cocktail. There is a TV with Cable/DVR and a selection of movies to watch from the 1920's. Large kitchen fully equipped and outfitted for any cooking you need to do. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea kettle, microwave. Coffee and tea are provided for your use. Washer/Dryer with detergent provided. Downstairs features two bedrooms. One with a full size bed and one with 2 twins. Bedroom features closets and plenty of storage space for luggage your belongings. There is a full bath downstairs with access from the hallway. Features bathtub/shower combo, toilet and sink. Upstairs there is the master bedroom. This is very spacious with a King bed, bench, vanity table and chair, walk in closet, french doors which open to a chalet balcony. The ensuite bath features a shower, spacious vanity, toilet and storage. Outside there is a tranquil backyard lusciously and tropical landscaped. There is a brick paved patio which features a pergola with pink bougainvillea plants. Enjoy morning coffee at the patio table or grill some dinner in the evening and enjoy outdoor dining. You will find all linens you need (Brand New) beach towels, beach chairs, 2 bikes, beach umbrella, cooler and picnic basket. Bathrooms each have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap to start with. Cleaners and disinfectants for use during your stay.
