The beds are all brand new and incredibly comfortable; the location is unbeatable and the views unrivaled. The kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy local food and prepare meals in the home. Wifi is strong and capable for home school or work for easy staycations in a fantastic location! Working from home? Head to the beach and enjoy the rest of the evenings and weekends on the coast! Enjoy your time away from the office or just simply take an extended vacation. This home is within walking distance to shopping, popular local restaurants coffee shops and Capitola Village. Santa Cruz County has endless things to do, surfing, shopping, mountains, hiking, museums, boardwalks, wharfs, and so much more. Take the opportunity to explore Santa Cruz at your leisure instead of trying to fit everything into one weekend. Spend the month with us, you may never want to leave! The Space: This home has been in the family for decades and is used often by family and friends! Over time our neighbors have become good friends and we ask that you not only respect our home and space, but theirs as well. There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper initially guests to provide their own after that. Guest Access: PROPERTY ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock and is accessible anytime. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via the Airbnb or VRBO's messaging systems. The Neighborhood: Parking is tight in the neighborhood. Please be conscientious of the neighboring driveways and spots. There is one parking spot on the property and on street parking is also available. **Please note that the door does not automatically lock behind you, you have to manually enter the code and twist the dead bolt to lock the door*** NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning. Other Things to Note: There is to be no access to the roof past the decking on the second story. There are signs up on the property to show the area that is not allowed. Guests are strictly prohibited from accessing this area. There is no access to the lofts in the ground floor bedrooms. Guests are strictly prohibited from accessing this area. A $250 charge will be automatically applied if this rule is broken.
