Four season activities including Jay Peak, Kingdom Brewery, Memphremagog Trails, biking, golfing, fishing, boating, etc are nearby. A variety of dining options and Newport area amenities are only minutes away. After a day of adventures you will return to the comforts of home with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, business speed wifi, Xfinity cable, movie library, and games. Lake Memphremagog Views guest suite is your home away from home. The second floor 1500 sq ft space has an open living area with vaulted ceilings and several windows to enjoy the international lake views and the manicured grounds. The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Your meals can be eaten at the island or at the dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine on your private deck. Bedrooms have queen beds, dresser and ample closet space. The master bedroom has radiant heat. Two of the bedrooms have TV's. Select a DVD from the library, pop some popcorn and relax with a movie in the living room. The Airbnb entrance is behind the three car garage. Parking is to the left side of the three car garage. A key code will be sent in a message. Guests are welcome to walk the landscaped grounds or relax on the main deck and barbeque on the gas grill. We have been lifelong residents of the Northeast Kingdom and are happy to make recommendations. We are only a quick call, text or doorbell away for any questions. A short walk along Campbell Road leads to the beautiful waters of Lake Memphremagog. Two boat launches are only a mile down the road. Biking enthusiasts can follow the Lake Road to the Canadian border and back or bike toward Newport and jump on the bike path. Ice fishing is accessible nearby. Parking at Lake Memphremagog Views is available to the left of our garage as well as in front of the far left garage bay. Your boat can be accomodated. We are in a country setting yet only 1.75 miles from stores, restaurants, etc. A welcome card in the guest suite has the wifi information along with emergency numbers. Menus for local restaurants are located on the desk work space. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, you may get to see a short Canadian Pacific train going to Montreal at about 8AM and returning at approximately 4PM. It's a guest favorite. You can wave to the conductor.
