The unit is a 2 bedroom lock-off, which can be rented as a complete 2 bedroom accommodation (sleeping 8), or 2 separate 1 bedroom accommodations (sleeping 4 each). If the unit is split to 2 - 1 bedroom lock-off units, there is a full kitchen in the large side, and a partial kitchen in the smaller side.
