Originally built as a barn in 1900, our carriage house has been beautifully renovated into a spacious air conditioned unit with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The living and dining areas feature gleaming hickory floors and allow for dining, playing games, relaxing or watching a movie. A private deck located off the living area has plenty of seating and gas grill. Carriage house also includes 4 transferable beach passes ($40/day value), a fully stocked beach closet with all NEW towels; beach chairs, toys, umbrella; and beach wagon. Sorry, no pets. Located a short walk from beautiful Narragansett Town Beach, the famous Sea Wall and the Historic Pier, you will have many activities steps away without having to pile in the car. Another day, you could take the high speed ferry to Block Island for a different seaside adventure. Drive over to Jamestown or Newport for additional sailing, dining, polo, or beaches.
