Welcome to “The Bobcat Lodge” located in beautiful Hunter NY. This stunning contemporary home is situated on the lake near the slopes of Hunter Mountain. Our all-season vacation property was designed for small and large groups of friends and families. The Bobcat Lodge is an awarded 3-Level Luxury Home boasting over 3,000+ sqft of pure relaxation with modern kitchen, open concept living & dining areas, huge great room & fireplace, big game room & other featured amenities. 2 exterior wrap-around decks with gas BBQ overlooking a beautiful lake and mountain, separate bedroom balconies, large outdoor fire-pit. The Summer season we rent weekly (7nights/8 days) from Saturday to Saturday. The Bobcat Lodge is where high quality meets carefully considered eco-design—down to every last detail. With elegant design and personal character, the home is as welcoming as it is beautiful. We are located in the exclusive Colonel's Chair subdivision on Hunter Mountain. Hunter Resort is 0.5 mile from our home and provides access to world class skiing/snowboarding, tubing,riding, zip-line, and 4 seasons of fun and activities. HOUSE FEATURES: • 3 New TV's. At the Bobcat Lodge you can expect a consistent set of amenities you need to live like you do at home–from fast wifi and brand new TV's ready for streaming to full kitchens with all the cooking essentials. We take the extra effort to ensure that our home is extra clean, clutter-free, and fully functioning–from outdoor spaces & amenities to tidy bathrooms with needed essentials. We supply 3 kayaks from May through October. • Beach area with plenty of water toys & lounge chairs provided. • Big driveway & ample parking space for 10-12 vehicles • Short driving distance to the Hunter & Tannersville centers, shops, restaurants, churches and synagogues. • Hunter Resort/Mountain is 0.5 mile away. • Windham Mountain is 15 min drive. SKI SEASON AND COVID TIME: Due to Covid restrictions and to limit the amount of skiers Hunter and Windham mountains require prior reservations. When you book our home for ski season make sure to book your tickets and days on the mountain to avoid disappointment. This is a true luxury vacation home with everything you need to be comfortable, have fun in and create a lifetime of memories!!!
