Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Twin Bed INDOOR LIVING: fireplace, Smart TV, board games, dining table, coffee station, small bar OUTDOOR LIVING: Private covered patio w/ grill & cafe table with four chairs, yard with private hill and fire put and Adirondack chairs KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, bakeware, coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, microwave, dishwasher GENERAL: Free WiFi, central heating, linens/towels, in-unit laundry machines, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags/paper towels PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles) and attached garage (1 car) This is a beautifully updated single family home on a private and quiet street, atop a small hill looking out at the Allegheny Forest hills. This is ideal for families. We offer a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, silverware and all appliances. Everything you need to cook and be comfortable is here! As furnished, the home can comfortably sleep 6 (assuming two people share the queen beds). We do allow additional guests, with approval. Sleeping areas are as follows: 1) Master bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, a closet, built in shelving and a door to a walk out level for gorgeous views (no rails). 2) The second bedroom has a queen bed, an open closet and a chest of drawers. 3) The third bedroom has a twin bed and built in drawers. There is a closet but the bed abuts the door, preventing it from opening. You may use the living room couch for extra sleeping space. You may also bring your own inflatable mattresses which will easily fit in either of the two queen bedrooms. There is very limited room in the twin bedroom. The bathrooms are as follows: 1) full bath with tub on the second level 2) full bath with walk in shower in the basement Please note that there is no bathroom on the first level (only basement and second level). The patio off of the dining room is fully covered, has a table and four chairs and beautiful views. It leads to a private backyard with a bench and hill (part of the property). We do offer a grill (in the basement) which you may take out and use on the patio. We also offer a fire pit which you may use in the backyard. The home is pet friendly, with approval and a pet fee. We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in a dead end street within the City of Bradford, near Allegeheny State Park (which offers hiking, swimming, cross country skiing) and National Forest, Kinzua Bridge, Kinzua Beach and many other attractions. In the winter, enjoy downhill skiing and tubing at Holiday Valley Ski Resort in nearby Ellicotville NY (Bradford PA is on the border of NY).
