$130.00 a night per room. Historic New Haven Landmark, Italian Villinate, High Ceilings, Crown Moldings, Spacious Rooms, Centrally Located, Within walking distance to Yale. No other rooms around here except for those at the big hotels are as clean as all of the rooms in this house. Guests will have access to a TV room, two living rooms, a nice kitchen as well as a dining room and garden. Depends on the wishes of the guest. Friendly neighbors, beautiful Homes, many cool coffee shops and small restaurants City Bus, Yale Shuttles, taxis and within walking distance to the train station. I prefer single guests rather than couples. If you are a couple, I will charge 50$ more per night. One bedroom has a king bed. Another has a queen bed. The other two bedrooms have full beds. No smoking, inside and out, no frying, and guests who use the common areas must leave them as they were found as a courtesy to other guests.
