Main Floor: Gracious Dining Room: comfortably seats 10. (Up to 12 in a pinch.) Updated Kitchen: generously equipped so you can create and serve sumptuous meals. Beautifully Appointed Living Room: with electric fireplace and French doors leading to a covered side porch. 2nd Floor: Master Bedroom: with a king sized bed and a luxurious, ensuite bathroom with double shower and soaking tub. Two Bedrooms: each with a queen bed and seating area. Shared Full Bath: with tub/shower combo 3rd Floor: One Bedroom: with queen sized bed, desk, and seating; with ensuite full bath. (Clawfoot tub only, no standing shower.) Separate Lounge: with single daybed that converts to a king bed, desk, and comfy seating. Basement: Family Room/T.V. Room: two couches that convert to single beds and additional seating, t.v., and games. Full Bath: shower only Laundry Facilities Large yard and gardens, front and back. Brick Patio: off the kitchen with picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and a Weber grill. Covered Side Porch: off the living room. For their safety, small children must be supervised outdoors. All linens including towels are provided. Please bring your own toiletries, (soap, shampoo, etc.) No parties. We are located in a residential neighborhood, next door to a retirement facility. We respect our neighbors, and we ask that you do the same.
