Welcome to Keepin it Reel ! This lake front property is perfect for your next getaway! Located directly on Shawano Lake, this home is perfect for a swimming and boating weekend. Swan Acre boat landing is conveniently located just 1 mile down the road. This 3-bedroom home sleeps 10 people and has 3 full size bathrooms. The large kitchen is perfect for making meals and has plenty of seating for everyone.   With both an indoor fireplace and an outdoor firepit you are sure to stay warm during the cool nights.  This home also has wifi and a dedicated work space for those working from home.  In the winter months, enjoy a fresh Wisconsin snowfall, head out to the lake to for some ice fishing or hit the trails with your snowmobile. Come see all that a Wisconsin winter has to offer! Toaster, blender, and a traditional coffee maker Also provided is dishware, pots and pans, and utensils Outdoor Space: Firepit - guests provide firewood Gas grill - propane provided Dock - no boat on site, but if you are bringing/renting a boat, it can be tied up to the dock The shoreline is rocky but there is a sandy bottom to the lake Great area for kids to swim!! Water is about 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. Ladder at the end of the dock for easy water access Surrounding Areas: Shawano County is full of many amazing things to see and do! We recommend you check out Shawano County Visitors' Center website, at https://www.shawanocountry.com/visitors-center/ to help map out your vacation. There may also be Facebook groups related to Shawano Lake that can provide recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do. This property is in a residential neighborhood. It is intended for 1 or 2 families to enjoy. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.  Provided: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.  We do provide a starter pack of essentials which includes the following: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and 2-3 garbage bags.  We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.  Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.  Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG.
