Summary: Sit back, relax and enjoy the "Sea-renity" Cottage that Seaglass Village has to offer. Located in Maine's first adult-focused and gated community, gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation to the absolute fullest. When you first enter the cottage you will love the feel of the bright and breezy living room area. There is a comfortable love seat and recloner., tv, DVD player and wifi connection here.  The sunroom has large windows on all three sides and the room also has a sitting table with 4 chairs. The sofa in this room also offers a pull out couch for additional sleeping accommodations. The sunroom kitchen which includes luxury cabinets, granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with everything and more you will need to make a full course meal or just a quick snack. There are three additional bar stools for seating in the kitchen located right next to the pantry which offers ample storage space. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom backs up to the relaxing hush of the Maine woods. Sleep and dream on the very comfortable queen size bed after a fun day enjoying Maine coast. There is plenty of closet space, a dresser, and flat screen tv provided. For your comfort and privacy, there is additional half bath located in the master bedroom. Guest Bedroom: The second bedroom also backs up to the Maine woods and features a twin over double bunk bed with a seaside color scheme and again plenty of closet space, a dresser and flat screen is provided.  Bathroom: The full bath is uniquely decorated., has granite counter tops, full size tub and equipped with a hair dryer and plenty of storage. This is also where you will find a full size washer and dryer should you need to do a load of laundry during your stay. Outdoor space: You can unwind in our fully landscaped and secluded back yard in the woods where there is a BBQ, patio table and plenty of seating. Great for enjoying your coffee in the morning, relaxing with a good book in the afternoon or having your favorite beverage under the stars at night. Location with Seaglass: Our cottage is located towards the back of the property where it is quiet and walking distance to the tennis courts. Not fond of walking? A golf cart is included with your rental. MUST have a valid drovers license to drive. Amenities: The family pool is fun for all ages with large heated pool, small kiddie splash pool with plenty of tables with umbrellas, lounge chairs and gas grills for your use. The gorgeous clubhouse is for adults ONLY (18 plus). The Clubhouse amenities include a fully stocked bar, gym, library, Grand room, Pavilion for events, a large outdoor heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, gas grills for your use, a lap pool, water resistant pool, hot tub, fire pit area, putting green and much more! Even though our cottage has a fully equipped kitchen you my not want to cook which will be no problem since there are many amazing restaurants in the area. You are sure to find something close by with the delicious food that Wells Beach is famous for and priced to fit any budget.  There is so much to see and do in and around Wells, whether you want to spend your days at the beach, check out the charming nearby towns and coves, visit the unique shops, go antiquing, or just want t sit, relax, and enjoy the many Seaglass resort amenities. *No smoking, no pets. *Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar open now (Sandbar is weekends only). *During peak season (June 19th - August 21st) cottage rentals require a 7 night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2 night minimum to book. If you have any issues booking for less then a week (outside of peak season) please call the Rental Office at 207-502-3321. Other Things to Note: Seaglass Village provides linen and bath towels for your stay as well as a starter kit of essentials. All sheets and towels come clean and wrapped directly from our linen cleaning company. The starter items include small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Travel size shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a roll of toilet paper and a package of laundry soap. For further needs, the closest supermarket, Hannaford, is located at 107 Wells Plaza, Wells, ME 04090, so you can stock up on all the essentials for your stay.
