Hang your hat, coat, or beach towel in the entryway and step into the living room to find large windows, a pair of plush sofas, and a flatscreen TV to screen your favorite movies and shows after a day spent on the sand. To the left is a well-appointed kitchen with ample counter space, an eat-in dining table, and stairs that lead down to the basement laundry room. When the sun is shining over the Southern Oregon Coast, you can spend your afternoons outside relaxing in the fenced-in backyard or using the grill to prepare summertime favorites on the front porch. What's nearby: This home is located in the very center of Gold Beach, one block east of the Oregon Coast Highway and four blocks (a five-minute stroll) east of the ocean beach. Everything in town is at your fingertips, including a supermarket (two blocks), Curry General Hospital (two blocks), an assortment of restaurants and bars (a few blocks), and Gold Beach Harbor at the mouth of the Rogue River (half a mile). The stretch of coastline between Gold Beach and Brookings (29 miles south) is perhaps the most beautiful on the entire Oregon Coast, so you'll be perfectly placed for scenic drives on Highway 101 as well. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
