Running Y is a haven for birds, as we are in the migration path. We have resident Bald Eagles you will see year round. Wildlife abounds! Deer, fox, squirrels, cougars, bobcats, etc. There are many trails for walking, bird watching, and bike riding. In the winter the trails are used for cross-country skiing. The 9th green is great for sledding. Running Y is home to the only Arnold Palmer Golf Course in Oregon. Incredible setting and very challenging! There is also an 18 hole putting course. Our home has a King master suite downstairs with garden tub and separate shower. Due to the narrowness of the master door, it’s not wheelchair accessible. 2 queens upstairs (one large with walk-in closet) with Jack and Jill bathroom w/tub/shower. Washer/dryer downstairs. Wood flooring in dining/kitchen area, new carpet throughout the rest of house. Vaulted wood beam ceiling in living room. HD TV in living room, Master suite, and large bedroom upstairs. Secure Wi-fi throughout. Relax and have a BBQ on the back deck with a great golf course view. Your stay includes passes to the Fitness Center and pool. There is also tennis court, pickle ball court, sand volleyball, playground, all are very close. A new Spa awaits you down by the Club House. Skating rink by the resort entrance. Lodge has a restaurant and bar, and at 4 way stop is Real Taste of India Restaurant. There is a liquor store, cafe, and espresso shop in The Village, by the lodge which also has some grocery items. Hair and nail salon, too. 1 hour to beautiful Crater Lake National Park. 30 minutes to mountain lakes and rivers with incredible fishing. Bird and deer hunters flock to Klamath Basin every year. We do accept both short and long term rentals.
