Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside. *This house does NOT currently have a back-up generator. *Due to risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property. No smoking in or on the property. No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing. No loud music after 9pm. No weapons.
